From 22 -25/8/2016, two experts from NZRS, the registry of .NZ paid a working visit to VNNIC to work on the Vietnam DNSSEC deployment project which had been approved by the Minister of Information and Communications.
Mr. Sebastian Castro, Technical Research Manager and Mr. Daniel Griggs, Systems Administrator of NZRS, a limited liability company formed in 2002 to operate and manage the registration of .nz domain names and the operation of the .nz Domain Name System (DNS). NZRS has gained a lot of experiences and knowledge in the field of DNSSEC since 2012.
VNNIC DNSSEC team includes the engineers and staff of the Department of Technical and DNS & VNIX all of who have been working on DNS system and DNSSEC project since the beginning. We expect that after the working visit, our team could learn from NZRS's experiences and consultancy to complete the DNSSEC plan that must be accomplished by 2017.
